The hotel is really close to downtown Cruz Bay, making it super convenient to explore the bars and restaurants in the area. We recently spent a wonderful week in a cozy, friendly establishment in a convenient location. the hotel boasts proximity to restaurants, shops, and the ferry terminal. Although the beach requires a taxi ride, the central location more than compensates for that. Our comfortable room provided everything needed, and the breakfast helped us start the day energized. We enjoyed the complimentary snorkel gear, beach chairs, and towels, as well as the honor bar and the friendly staff that made us feel at home.

The hotel might not satisfy those who seek luxury and fancy services.

Great island vibe & friendly Staff

The hotel has a real island feel, perfect for my city break. The staff are some of the friendliest people I've ever met, always happy to help and give advice. The hotel is located in a convenient spot, easy to walk around, and close to all the shops and restaurants. Plus, they provide a continental breakfast, and the balcony views are stunning.

The hotel needs an upgrade. The room I stayed in was not maintained well and needed some repairs.
